Entering Our Community
Solterra Resort utilizes the security system Proptia. All short term rentals must be pre-registered into Proptia.
- Please have your ID and House Address ready upon arrival.
- Guests please use the left lane for entry, right lane is for homeowner use.
- There is a 5 car limit for each home in Solterra Resort.
- All visitors in need of a car pass will need to be entered into the Proptia system. We are unable to print passes for guests not registered.
Parking Rules and Regulations
Please know, towing is strictly enforced at Solterra Resort. Failure to follow parking rules and regulations may result in towing at the car owner’s expense.
Parking Rules and Regulations include but are not limited to:
- Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house.
- Vehicles improperly parked in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing by the owner.
- There is NO parking allowed on the grass, common areas, or any lot. Please do not block sidewalks.
- There is NO parking allowed in the clubhouse parking lot past 11 PM.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, Trailers, ATV’s, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Jet-Skis, and Boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Any damage to sod, landscape, and/or irrigation on homes will be the homeowner’s responsibility.
- Gate Guards are not able to give away waivers to the parking rules.

FAQ
The Home
How do we get mail delivered to the home?
To have mail delivered to the home please use the address of the rental. UPS and FedEx may enter the community and deliver mail.
Please note that there are no mailboxes in Solterra Resort and USPS will NOT deliver.
Packages sent to the clubhouse will NOT be accepted and will be returned to sender.
When is trash picked up?
Valet Trash Services are scheduled everyday. Please have trash outside, in the bins, by 6 AM each day. Trash that is placed after collection, will be picked up the following day. All trash must be in a bag, up to 50 lbs. Please breakdown any boxes.
Is food delivery allowed?
Yes! Please use the home address for all food orders and deliveries. Please note there is no soliciting allowed on property and companies that fail to follow these rules will have their entry denied.
The Pool
What happens in the event of weather?
We are very proud that our pool is open rain or shine!
The only time our pool will close for weather is when it is a danger to resort staff and guests, such as excessive winds, excessive rain that prevents visual of pool water, and lightning within the area.
Please know that the amenity fee is not refundable for inclement weather conditions.
If you have a cabana purchased, your rental will continue upon the pools re-opening.
Is the water heated?
Yes! Our main pool water is heated, usually to around 80* during the winter months. The lazy river is not heated, so please plan for colder water during the winter months.
Are tubes/life jackets provided?
The lazy river is equipped with tubes for river use only, on a first come first served basis. There are two sizes available. ADA sling available upon request.
We do not allow any tubes on the pool deck, with the exception of baby floats. We do not have life jackets or baby floats available for rent.
Are towels provided?
Unfortunately, we do not have towels available at the resort, so patrons will need to provide their own.
Can I bring in food?
We do not allow any outside food or drink onto our pool deck, with the exception of water. We do encourage checking out Cafe Sol, our pool deck bar and grill, for your refreshment needs!
